Medika Wetland National Nature Reserve is located in Lhari County, Nagqu City, Xizang, with an average altitude of 4,900 meters. In 2004, it was designated as a Wetland of International Importance by the Ramsar Convention. Rare wildlife such as black-necked cranes, snow leopards, and Tibetan gazelles thrive and breed in the wetland.
